Carly and Emma LOVE the rain. When they wake up in the morning and it's raining they ask to put their rain coats and rain boots on to go out and play!
We got Emma a rain coat because she would wear her winter coat and it would get soaked.
We put on our rain coats and rain boots and find all the puddles in our yard.
