Happy 14 months Emma!!!

I was able to snap a few pictures of this energetic, on the go, happy little girl.

that smile! aahhh! I love her.

"Mom, I'm done."

This girl is such a bundle of joy. She is just precious.

Likes: Carly, sliding down the stairs on her belly,  run away from us when we call her name, hold the lid to her bottle while we heat up her milk, drink half our shake for breakfast, put lids on and take them off of water bottles, to be tickled, dance, do whatever Carly does, being outside, chalk, pens, keys, baby dolls, pushing a baby stroller, reading books.

Sleep: She goes to bed at 7:00 and wakes up at 5:30. Then takes a two hour nap at noon. Sometimes she takes a morning nap as well, but that's usually when we are running errands or I want her to sleep the full two hours later, so we keep her up! She sleeps in her own crib, in her own room. She loves having the fan on for noise, and the heater so her room doesn't get too cold at night.

Eat: whole milk, yogurt, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, bananas, french fries, ham,
mac n cheese, spaghetti,  cheese sticks, eggs, toast, avocado, veggie straws, cereal

Funny story: Emma has been obsessed lately about sticking her head between our legs when we are standing. Well, the other day Jeremy was going to the bathroom and didn't close the door. Emma walked in, put the stool right behind Jeremy (he was standing) and stood up on the stool. Putting her head right under his stream of pee! hahahahaha my bathroom still smells like a little boy peed all over it, because that's what happened. Jeremy peed all over the toilet instead of peeing on Emma's head. hahahaha

Good at: climbing. She can climb onto her little Winnie the Pooh chair and then onto their little table. If the stool is beside the couch she climbs from the stool to the couch. She climbs on the little rocking chair and rocks her babies. She loves climbing onto Carly's big girl bed and laying down to make Carly upset.

              *putting things in her mouth. Every day we are constantly taking things out of her mouth. Paper, toilet paper, bits of wipes. It drives us crazy. We love that Carly can tell on her and say 'Emma mouth!' She has seriously saved Emma's life more than once. Emma had a ball in her mouth and couldn't get it out. Emma sticks the cap of water bottles in her mouth. Pieces of putty. Carly's pony tail holders and clips.

           

She was looking back to make sure I was watching her. Silly girl.

Being a good listener and getting back on the chair.

those eyes!!! We love our blue eyed baby.

I am so grateful I get to be her mommy. She teaches me things every day. She brings a smile to our faces. She is just perfect. We love you Emma Jean!
