Finally! A snow day!

Carly and Emma climbed onto Carly's top bunk to watch Jeremy wipe off the snow from the van and snow plow our drive way.

We were the first ones to the hill behind the elementary!
It was spring break for the elementary AND Jeremy took off work because he had a killer headache.

He didn't make it very far, so I had to do it!

"That was fun! Let's do it again!"

Emma going down on her red sled, she didn't make it very far. The red sled is meant just to be pulled around by the string.

Carly and Emma made it to the bottom together! haha Carly was excited and freaking out and then Emma started crying. She got a TON of snow in her face. Poor girl.

After the crash, she said she was going home and took off to walk home. haha. She ended up falling and eating some snow.

Carly couldn't go down fast enough! She would fly down the hill and then walk up and go down again. She was loving it!

I sent Carly down on the circle sled. She ended up turning around and facing me, laughing the whole way down.

She looked so big to me walking up this hill by herself. Last year we had to carry her and the sled back up the hill. 

Emma was cold and Daddy wasn't feeling well so they went back to the van to wait for us. I went down two more times, once by myself to help Carly walk up, and once for a train with Carly.

Carly went down at least 6 more times after Jeremy went to the van. She LOVED it! When she would climb back up the hill I would ask if she was ready to go, and she said "No!! lot more times!" It was so fun that she enjoyed it so much!

Carly then asked if we could go home and play on Leonard's hill.

Emma gave the snow another try and enjoyed eating it of course.

After naps we were invited to go sledding at another elementary that has a nice hill behind it with our friend's the Harding's!
Tatum and Carly went down together so many times. I was not allowed to push them down. I pushed them twice and they ended up crashing both times. I would go to help them on and Tatum would say "Uh! Dad can you help!"

Jeremy took Emma down like this quite a few times. They each had their own sled and held onto each other. Emma LOVED it!

Jeremy went a little higher on the hill wanting to hit the jump some kids made. Big OUCH!

Emma slipped and Jeremy caught her and just carried up the hill like this. haha

Emma loved this pink sled. She would go down the hill on her belly. When she would get to the bottom of the hill, she would turn to her back in the sled and Jeremy would pull her up the hill and do it all over again. hahahahaha

Brennan and Rachel sent all three kids down the hill on separate sleds. It actually was perfect and they didn't crash into each other.

Then they started making a train!

Quite the day sledding and playing in the snow. Thank goodness because now it is 60 degrees outside and the snow has all melted! I even see our flowers starting to come up in our flowerbeds.
