All in one day:friend over, paint, glue, bowling, rain, frostys

We had a neighbor friend spend a few hours with us this morning. The girls loved it. Carly gets to excited when new people come over and she wants to do everything super fast. Mom can we go outside? Mom can we play downstairs? play-doh? paint? bubbles? color? dress up? track for the cars? We did it all. 

While the girls were painting, I was working on Emma's monthly pictures when she was a baby. She climbed up on the counter and helped me with the glue. It was fun and she loved it.

She was singing let it go and running around being Elsa.

"Mom how me get down?"

After Jeremy got home from work, we headed to the bowling alley for $1 bowling! 

We invited the elders to come. Jeremy totally got beat but somehow the elders agreed to combine Carly and Emma's score and whoever lost had to make the other one dinner. So I guess because Carly and Emma scored higher than one of the elders, they get to make us dinner. haha

Carly got new markers from her preschool teacher. She is pretty excited when she gets to use them.

Rain boots after a big rain.

"Mom watch me! I catch bubble".

Jeremy went to bed extra early tonight because he was pretty tired. So the girls and I played outside in the puddles with chalk for a while. Then we decided to go and get frostys from Wendys. haha It didn't start pouring rain until I had to order. haha rain was coming down so hard and I couldn't help but laugh. So we hurried home and ran inside to enjoy our fifty cent chocolate frostys before brushing teeth and the girls going to bed.

(Notice our new table? haha Jeremy totally broke our table and we have been eating on our fold out table for a few weeks. Jeremy mentioned it to a friend who just so happened to be getting rid of table that was too big for them. Pretty perfect. The girls kept commenting on how the big the table was when we were eating our ice cream.
