Wendy's, Lemonade money, popsicles, & fruit loop necklaces

We get the Wendy's 4 for $4 once a week. During the summer we have even splurged and gotten the fifty cent frostys.
Emma eats the chicken nuggets, Carly eats the french fries, I eat the Jr. bacon cheeseburger and drink the pop, Dr. Pepper. Yum.

During our garage sale the girls did a lemonade/cookie stand. They earned $20! So they each got ten of that. $1 went to tithing so they each had $9 to spend at the toy store. It was kind of stressful trying to let them buy what they wanted but also steer them away from things we knew they wouldn't play with. hahaha

Carly really wanted that broom and dust pan. She actually LOVES using it. Any time I have asked her to help me sweep the kitchen she gets it out and does it! She even yelled at me for walking near her pile of dirt. hahahahah

They were pretty happy with their purchases.

On my to do list for Summer 2017 one thing was to make popsicles. We used blueberries, strawberries and vanilla yogurt. They loved making them, but not so much eating them. Bummer. They each took one bite and asked for one of my chocolate popsicles that they knew were in the freezer.

Another thing on my to do list for Summer 2017 was to make fruit loop necklaces. Emma loved the eating of the fruit loops while Carly actually filled her whole string up and took her time eating it this night and the next day.
